TopWritingService - General Terms, Rules and Conditions

This Agreement constitutes the terms and conditions of the agreement between TopWritingService and any user who either accesses or establishes an Internet connection to either the website and/or Internet service known as TopWritingService.

If one chooses to utilize the material, content, and/or services of  TopWritingService, he or she will be in automatic  agreement with each and every term and condition of this Agreement.. In order to remain an authorized user of TopWritingService, and thereby continue to access all of its content, material, and services, a user agrees to continually abide by each and every term and condition of this Agreement.  By use of TopWritingService content, material and services, moreover, a user is automatically bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.  A user is individually and completely responsible for his or her use of TopWritingService content, material, and service and for ensuring that he or she fully complies with each and every term and condition of this Agreement.

It is the sole right of TopWritingService, at its discretion and as it deems necessary, to alter any or all portions of this Agreement, including revising, adding or deleting any or all portions of this Agreement, at any time.  In such cases, TopWritingService shall post such changes on its Internet site or send them via email to its current users.  Any and all changes made to this Agreement shall become effective immediately upon posting and/or emailing to its current users.

Product

Any or all essays, term papers, and any other writing that are housed on the website of TopWritingService, are to be utilized by the users as examples and/or models for their own original writing production.  A user agrees to refrain from submitting any part or all of a written work housed on the site of TopWritingService without appropriate and ethical.  Any content or material housed on the site of TopWritingService may only be used for fully lawful purposes and may not be utilized for any commercial purpose.  All content and material housed on the site of TopWritingService is the property of TopWritingService and is protected by trademark, copyright, and any other pertinent proprietary and/or intellectual property rights which may apply.  All content and material on the site of TopWritingService is owned by TopWritingService, which has sole rights to the control and distribution of said content and material.

TopWritingService content and material is copyrighted pursuant the laws of the U.S. and the international community.   No user may submit any content or material owned by TopWritingService as his or her own and must properly cite any direct use of any part or all of any such content or material.  TopWritingService does not promote plagiarism and is wholly opposed to any activity that could promote or encourage plagiarism.  Nor does TopWritingService engage in any activity which shall encourage or promote plagiarism.

Indemnification

User agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and to defend TopWritingService in the event of any claim against TopWritingService as a result of the use of any content and material on the Internet site of TopWritingService.  Further, user agrees to personally pay any expenses arising from any claims and/or suits of liability, to include attorney fees, court costs, and any other expenses required for the defense of TopWritingService, that should arise from user utilization of TopWritingService, or from any user violation of the terms and provisions  of this Agreement.

Notification Methods Between Us

All notifications and communications between TopWritingService and its users will be delivered to users by posting a notice on TopWritingService.com and via the email address provided to TopWritingService by the user.

Termination

TopWritingService.com reserves the right to terminate any placed order at its own discretion and as it deems appropriate; however, TopWritingService guarantees that the termination shall be made known to the user prior to the delivery to said user of a full refund.  TopWritingService guarantees to its users that any ordered custom writing work will be produced in accordance with the specifications of the user and will make every attempt to reasonably match guidelines and specifications so stated on the order form.  Once the work is produced and delivered, a user may not then alter the original instructions.  If, however, TopWritingService has failed to follow the instructions provided by the user in the original order, TopWritingService will provide revisions of said order, including complete re-write if deemed warranted by TopWritingService administrators.  Any user who wishes such revisions and/or re-writes, must contact the  support service  of TopWritingService in the 48-hour period following delivery of the work.  Revision/Re-writing requested after the 48-hour timeframe will not be considered.

Because the works written and delivered by TopWritingService are easily reproduced, user understands that all sales are final.  There  are no refunds or exchanges.

General Terms

This Agreement, along with any and all additional rules and provisions posted on the TopWritingService website, constitute the full and entire agreement between TopWritingService and any and all of its users, relative to the use of the content, material, and/or services of TopWritingService.
